Important Information for opening a new account
In accordance with the USA Patriot Act (Section 326), applicants for new accounts are requested to provide a current picture ID that verifies identity including name, address and other identifying information. In some cases, ID will be requested for current account holders if original documentation was not received with the opening of a previous account. The protection of our customer's identity and confidentiality is our number one priority and will remain that way no matter what avenue you decide to use when opening an account with us.
When opening an account:
Our front-line staff will ask for your name, date of birth, address and other identifying information that will allow us to identify you and confirm your identity. Also, we will ask to see your driver's license or another identifying document at this time.
