Finicity gives our customers the ability to link third-party accounts (Chase, American Express, etc.) so it displays within our mobile app & online banking. The third-party accounts will display alongside your primary accounts at Diamond Bank.

Visit www.diamond.bank & login to your Online Banking account. Once logged in, click on the three dots (...) in the upper right corner and select "add an account". |

1) Select one of the listed financial institutions or use the "search bar" to find the institution or credit card company you would like to add. 2) Accept the terms & conditions and click the next button. 3) You will then be taken to a login screen hosted by the financial institution or credit card company that you are adding. You will need to input your login information for that specific company. |

Once you complete the login process, select the eligible accounts you want to add by clicking each box next to the corresponding accounts. After selecting the accounts, you will be able to review each one and complete the process by clicking the "submit" button. |
Your eligible, selected accounts should begin to populate into your Online Banking and Diamond Bank Mobile app alongside your current accounts.
